Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of; oversee food ordering, stock control, and adherence to branded menu while ensuring health and hygiene standards; support Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and lead the team to smash targets with a focus on guest experience and progression opportunities. The role emphasizes leadership, training, brand standards, and managing kitchen operations within a Toby Carvery/M&B context in Liverpool.
