Job Summary
Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations while maintaining hygiene levels and safety regulations. Organize and coordinate the team during busy services to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Deputise for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence. Lead by example to encourage the team to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards. This role requires the ability to work under pressure and think on your feet to adapt to challenges. You must possess sufficient spoken and written English to perform safely and understand allergen controls.
