Lead the kitchen team to ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to meet specs and customer expectations; maintaining hygiene and safety standards; deputising for management in their absence; and coordinating the team during busy service to ensure smooth operations.
