Job Summary
Prepare, cook, and present food meeting specs and customer expectations while maintaining hygiene levels and safety regulations. Organize and coordinate the team during busy services to ensure operations run smoothly, deputising for management to resolve issues that arise. Lead by example to encourage teamwork, support staff needs, and uphold high standards for every dish served. Adapt quickly to challenges in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
