Job Summary
Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards while monitoring stock, portion control, and ordering to manage costs effectively. Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth and act as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager when required. Implement measures to reduce food waste and maintain operational efficiency across the kitchen. This role includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. Full-time contract shifts run between 11am and 10:30pm.

- Excellent communicator with ability to build relationships with colleagues
- Previous kitchen experience in a similar position
