Job Summary
Kitchen Support Expert assists hotel operations across departments (kitchen, food and beverage, employee dining) with basic kitchen prep, cleaning, linen handling, and dishware transport. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining cleaning equipment (e.g., dishwashing machines, hand wash stations), preparing and delivering dishware, following safety, security, and company policies, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality. Must be able to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 25 pounds, and collaborate with teammates to meet quality standards and guest service expectations.
