Job Summary
Lead and supervise back-of-house kitchen operations, oversee inventory, ensure food safety and quality, train and develop the kitchen team, maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations, collaborate with the BOH Manager on equipment, inventory, and performance to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent
- Active ServSafe certification (preferred)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent -or- interest in enrolling in employer-paid GED completion program
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use POS technology
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
