Kitchen Supervisor

Oversee and administer food service operations in a jail kitchen, ensuring health and sanitation standards comply with company and jail policy and applicable laws. Responsibilities include preparing meals per recipes, maintaining sanitary conditions and equipment, assigning and supervising facility-provided labor, daily inventory and logs, managing stock levels and reorders, performing quality checks, and upholding security procedures with jail administration. Requires excellent cooking skills, teamwork, strong communication, and basic computer skills (Excel). Physical duties include standing for several hours and lifting up to 50 pounds. Schedule is 5:00 am–1:30 pm with a rotating weekend schedule. Paid training provided; benefits include company-paid medical, dental, life, short-term disability, and PTO after 90 days. Remote work is not allowed.
