Job Summary
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for scheduling kitchen workloads to ensure timely meal preparation, training and supervising kitchen personnel on cooking techniques and food safety, maintaining kitchen sanitation, overseeing equipment maintenance, managing inventory and food orders, and collaborating on menu planning. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of institutional cooking experience, and management responsibilities. Must possess a valid California driver's license and insurance.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1-year experience in institutional cooking with management responsibilities
- Valid California drivers license and proof of insurance
