Job Summary
Part-time Kitchen Supervisor at Echo Lounge and Music Hall (Live Nation). Oversees all kitchen operations, food cost controls, and back-of-house labor budgets; responsible for staff training and ensuring quality in a fast-paced live entertainment venue.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- Experience in kitchen management and supervision
- Skilled in cooking, cost controls, and back-of-house budgeting
- Crew training and development experience
- Working knowledge of kitchen and dishwashing procedures
- Computer knowledge: Excel worksheets, databases, word processing
- Experience with Micros POS system
- Ability to run all kitchen operations
- Knowledge of operations of a multi-faceted entertainment facility
- Ability to lift at least 180 lbs
- Ability to stand for 10–12 hours
- Ability to tolerate extreme heat
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a live venue or entertainment facility
- Experience with Micros POS system
- Advanced Excel or similar spreadsheet/database skills
