Kitchen Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily back of house operations to ensure smooth, efficient kitchen performance; uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards; coach and develop BOH team; manage staffing, shift coverage, and coordination with FOH for seamless service; enforce brand standards and policies; oversee inventory, receiving, and product rotation; train new hires and support ongoing staff development; maintain operational effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience managing a full-service restaurant and mentoring team members
- Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the USA with proper documentation
- Minimum age: 18; ability to obtain necessary licenses or permits
- Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to supervise and coach BOH staff
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
- Ability to supervise staff, manage staffing, and ensure shift coverage
- Knowledge of inventory, receiving, and product rotation
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
