Job Summary

Kitchen Supervisor oversees all day-to-day kitchen operations and participates in scheduled cooking shifts, ensuring high-quality, safe, and sanitary food preparation. Leads and trains kitchen staff, manages inventory, and coordinates with Operations and Sales teams to plan menus, events, and service schedules while maintaining company standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-duty staff, monitoring inventory and costs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, resolving guest inquiries professionally, and generating reports on sales, labor, and inventory. Key skills include leadership, effective communication, organization, multitasking, knowledge of food safety/hygiene standards, problem-solving, and proficiency with inventory and POS systems.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience of professional cooking experience
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and open to flexible scheduling (including evenings and weekends)
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
