Job Summary
Lead Kitchen Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating the culinary team to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Oversees daily prep, assists with food production, ordering, and inventory control; coaches and develops team members; collaborates with other departments for events and special functions; enforces food safety and sanitation; minimizes waste and ensures tasks are completed before shift end; supports operation needs across shifts and maintains culinary excellence and service standards.
