Job Summary
Kitchen Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations, oversee inventory management, food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards; collaborate with BOH Manager to train and develop a top-performing team; drive productivity, minimize waste, maintain brand standards, and communicate effectively with the BOH Manager on inventory and staff performance; requires 1 year in a supervisory/management role in food service or retail, HS diploma or GED, multitasking and problem-solving, technology proficiency with inventory software, and ServSafe certification (a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a food service or retail environment
- High School Diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
- Comfortable using technology, including inventory management software
- Strong focus on providing exceptional team leadership and support
- Active ServSafe Certification (a plus)
