Job Summary
Kitchen Stewarding Executive role supporting hotel cleaning operations across departments (kitchen, F&B, laundry). Responsibilities include preparing and delivering clean linen and dining ware, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment (dishwashers, hand wash stations, linen washers/dryers), transporting dishware/linens, and performing other reasonable duties. Adheres to safety standards, company policies, quality expectations, and maintains professional appearance and communications. Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds, stand/sit/walk for extended periods, and respond to safety concerns. Emphasizes teamwork, positive cross-department collaboration, and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
