Kitchen Stewarding Associate

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools (dishwashing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, trash compactor), wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, receive deliveries, store perishables, rotate stock, and ensure clean wares are properly stored. Use detergents, rinse aids, and sanitizers in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes; inspect, pull, and re-wash as needed. Rack items, spray with hot water to loosen residue, wash/re-wash silverware, break down dirty bus tubs, empty trash, and maintain recycling. Follow safety policies, protect company assets, communicate clearly, and develop positive team relations to meet quality standards. Move and lift up to 50 pounds, and remain upright and mobile for extended periods; perform other duties as requested by Supervisors. Education note: no high school diploma or GED equivalent is acknowledged in the qualifications; no related supervisory experience or licenses are required.
