Kitchen Steward at The Westin & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane, supporting cleanliness and efficiency of kitchen and dining operations. Responsibilities include dishwashing, cleaning operating supplies and back-of-house areas, ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards, compliant with health and safety policies, and coordinating with kitchen staff. Must be available for a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, early starts, weekends, and public holidays, under guidance of Chief Steward and Executive Chef.
