Kitchen Steward, Flex Full Time

Maintains sanitation and cleanliness across production, service, dining, and storage areas in the kitchen and dining spaces. Performs cleaning of pots, pans, utensils, and equipment; collects and disposes of trash; cleans floors and walls; sanitizes dishes and service ware; follows SDS guidelines for safe chemical use; assists with light food preparation; serves meals to residents in the dining room; delivers meals to residents’ apartments; cleans large equipment; monitors temperatures and HACCP compliance; maintains inspection-readiness and follows safety practices; assists with table setting and uses equipment per guidelines. Shift is 12pm-9pm with rotating weekends/holidays; work permit required if under 18.
