Job Summary
Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces. Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas. Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area. Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance to ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces. This part-time role requires a willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods
- Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
