Job Summary
The Kitchen Utility Steward cleans, sanitizes, and organizes the kitchen, dishwashing areas, and food prep spaces; operates dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware; maintains dishwashing stations and kitchen areas; assists with waste disposal, deliveries, and inventory; follows HACCP and local health regulations; supports culinary and banquet teams with clean equipment and supplies, and assists during high-volume periods and banquet setups; requires reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen support preferred but not required.
