Job Summary
Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans in the hotel kitchen. Transport and store all cookware used in food and beverage operations while maintaining storage areas in a clean and orderly manner. Work PM shifts within a flexible schedule to support the new, world-class kitchen environment. This role is essential to the backbone of the culinary program at Little Palm Island, a Michelin Three-Key destination where every detail carries meaning.
