Job Summary
Maintain the kitchen clean, well-organized, and inspection-ready by operating pot-washing machinery and adhering to local authority and hotel guidelines. Ensure assigned work areas meet sanitation standards while using appropriate personal protective equipment and remaining aware of occupational hazards. Work well under pressure within time limits, lift objects up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods in wet or humid conditions. Additional duties as requested by management may be assigned. Available to work weekends and/or holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Present a positive, professional image
- Must be reliable
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50 lbs
