Job Summary
Maintain the kitchen clean, well-organized, and inspection-ready by operating pot-washing machinery and ensuring assigned work areas meet local authority and hotel guidelines. Work under pressure within time limits while using appropriate personal protective equipment and maintaining awareness of occupational hazards. Lift, walk, stoop, and move objects up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods in potentially wet, humid, or extreme temperature conditions. Additional duties as requested by management may occur. Available to work weekends and/or holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

- Must be reliable and present a positive professional image
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50 lbs
