Job Summary
Maintain the kitchen clean, well-organized, and inspection-ready by operating pot-washing machinery and ensuring assigned work areas meet local authority and hotel guidelines. Work under pressure to uphold hygienic standards while using appropriate personal protective equipment and managing occupational hazards. Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in wet, humid, or extreme temperature conditions. Additional duties as requested by management may be assigned. This full-time, 1st or 2nd shift role requires weekend and holiday availability.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

- Must be reliable and present a positive professional image
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50 lbs
