Job Summary
Operate dish-washing equipment to clean china, glass, and silver, then replace items in proper storage to minimize breakage. Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils following sanitation procedures, and sweep and mop kitchen and restaurant floors. Empty garbage from food and beverage areas into the hotel dumpster and maintain cleanliness in the back dock and dumpster zone. Maintain a friendly demeanor at all times while performing other assigned tasks. High school diploma preferred; experience in a hotel setting helpful. Full-time position with competitive benefits including daily pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, and 401k. Located at Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans.

Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
