Job Summary
Kitchen Steward supports the culinary team by maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen and food & beverage areas. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards; following proper food handling and sanitation procedures; assisting with basic kitchen preparation and maintaining mise en place; supporting chefs during service; contributing to efficient kitchen operations in a busy resort and convention centre; and collaborating with the kitchen team with a positive, adaptable attitude. Availability for evening shifts is required.
Required Qualifications
- Current driver’s licence
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
