Job Summary
Support the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through dishwashing and food preparation, ensuring a constant supply of clean utensils to all outlets. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including cutlery, crockery, and commercial equipment, while managing recycling and rubbish removal. Assist Chefs with food preparation as required and strictly adhere to all sanitation, chemical use, HACCAP hygiene, ALLSafe, and WHS guidelines. Work a rotation roster covering AM, PM shifts on a 7-day cycle, including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multi task will be essential to this role
- Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays
- You hold valid working rights for Australia
- Work on a rotation roster, including AM, PM shifts on a 7 day rotation roster, including weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- You may have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment
- Experience in a similar role is ideal
- You might be a Commerical Cookery Student, looking to gain some practical experience
