Job Summary
Prepare raw ingredients, follow strict recipes, and use proper portioning techniques to create Teriyaki Bowls while reading tickets to determine what and when items need preparation. Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure they remain clean and sanitized at all times. Understand the Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
