Job Summary
Provide kitchen support on an as-needed basis across 8 Midwest states. Assist with set-up of serving lines, prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes, operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification, maintain proper temperatures, keep areas clean and organized, manage FIFO inventory and food storage, assist with baked goods preparation, and present items attractively to customers. Follow HACCP and CACFP/HHFKA food-safety guidelines, record temperatures, complete production records, handle daily tasks including dishwashing and lunch service, and assist with cashier duties and meal-count reconciliation. Uphold Opaa!'s core values and comply with timekeeping and safety policies; participate in required meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
