Job Summary
Kitchen Staff Substitute responsible for assisting with daily kitchen operations on an as-needed basis, including setting up serving lines, preparing foods per menu and Opaa! recipes, operating slicers/mixers/grinders, maintaining proper food temperatures, stocking milk coolers, executing batch cooking, FIFO inventory, HACCP and food-safety practices, serving customers, handling cash/POS duties, and adhering to HHFKA/CACFP regulations and Opaa! core values; role requires attention to cleanliness, safety, and collaboration with the Kitchen Manager and staff to ensure quality food presentation and customer hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
