Kitchen Staff Substitute

Job Summary
Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure all food is held at required temperatures; assist in food prep per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification; maintain clean and organized work areas; stock milk coolers and maintain inventory; batch cook and present to customers; set up serving/bar lines and ensure proper portions; adhere to HACCP, HHFKA, and CACFP regulations; follow standardized recipes and keep production records; assist with dishwashing area and maintain sanitation; requisition food and supplies through Kitchen Manager; handle cash register operations and submit hours via ADP; participate in required trainings and uphold Opaa!'s core values of serving students and communities; maintain strict timekeeping per policy; comply with safety procedures and report unsafe conditions; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
