Job Summary
Assist with set-up of serving lines and preparation of foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; operate slicers, mixers, and other equipment with proper certification; maintain FIFO inventory and ensure proper food temperatures; keep areas clean and organized; assist in batch cooking and presentation for customers; manage serving lines, restocking, and portion control; follow HACCP, HHFKA, and CACFP regulations; perform related administrative tasks such as timesheets and cash handling; participate in required trainings and uphold Opaa!'s core values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
