Job Summary
Substitute kitchen staff performing essential functions on an as-needed basis; assist with set-up of serving lines, prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes, operate slicers/mixers/grinders and other equipment with proper certification, maintain clean and organized work areas, practice FIFO in inventory, monitor and record food temperatures, assist in batch cooking and presenting foods, handle dishwashing and serving duties, assist with baked goods, adhere to HACCP/Safety procedures, follow HHFKA/CACFP regulations, and support administrative tasks including timekeeping and cash handling as required; embody Opaa!'s core values and ensure quality food presentation and hospitality to customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
