Kitchen Staff Substitute

Substitute kitchen staff needed to support daily operations: assist with setting up serving lines, prepare and present foods per menu and Opaa! recipes, operate slicers/mixers/grinders and other equipment with proper certification, maintain proper food temperatures, stock milk coolers, manage inventory with FIFO, clean and sanitize kitchen and cafeteria areas, and assist with batch cooking and serving with hospitality. Responsibilities include following HACCP and HHFKA/CACFP guidelines, keeping production records, handling cash/POs as required, and participating in ongoing training and safety programs. The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, attention to food safety and quality presentation, good organizational skills, and teamwork across administrative and culinary tasks.
