Job Summary
Provide substitute kitchen coverage: assist with set-up of serving lines, prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes, operate slicers/mixers/grinders with proper certification, maintain cleanliness, stock and organize inventory, practice FIFO, monitor temperatures, clean and restock serving areas, prepare baked goods, present items appealingly, follow HACCP and HHFKA/CACFP regulations, keep daily production records, follow safety procedures, and assist with administrative tasks including timekeeping; demonstrate hospitality and align with Opaa!'s core values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
