Kitchen Staff

Prepare breakfasts and/or lunches, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering. Perform all kitchen roles, operate slicers, mixers, and grinders with proper certification, maintain FIFO and clean work areas, ensure proper food temperatures, assist in menu prep per Opaa! recipes, batch-cook for quality presentation, set up serving lines, and serve with appropriate portions. Maintain HACCP records, follow HHFKA/CACFP regulations, monitor temperatures, and document daily production. Handle customer monies at service time and operate POS/food-service software; participate in required trainings and ensure compliance with safety policies.
