Job Summary
Kitchen Staff responsible for preparing breakfast and/or lunch offerings, assisting with serving lines, and participating in occasional catering. Tasks include setting up serving lines, maintaining proper food temperatures, preparing foods per menu and Opaa! recipes, operating kitchen equipment with proper certification, maintaining cleanliness and organization, FIFO inventory practices, HACCP compliance, and providing quality presentation with hospitality. The role requires following safety procedures, training hours, and adherence to Opaa!’s core values and timekeeping policies. Education required includes High School Diploma or GED (preferred). Ability to stand for periods, handle kitchen tasks, and customer service duties such as handling cash and POS operations are included. The position is part-time and varies pay by state and position within Opaa!’s footprint in the Midwest.
