Job Summary
Assist with daily set-up of serving lines, prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, and operate slicers, mixers, and grinders. Batch cook foods according to Opaa! recipes and menu plans while maintaining strict compliance with HACCP processes and daily food safety logs. Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas, manage inventory using First In/First Out procedures, and handle customer monies at the service line. Submit hours worked in ADP and notify the DNS 24 hours in advance of shift changes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- up to one-month related experience
