Job Summary
Prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines; participate in occasional catering functions; perform all kitchen positions. Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification. Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized; maintain FIFO inventory and ensure foods are held at proper temperatures. Assist in menu preparation and prep ahead for next day’s menus; follow Opaa! recipes and HACCP procedures; prepare baked goods as required by the menu; present to customers in an appealing manner. Maintain daily production records, monitor hygiene and safety, and assist with stock/requisition of food and supplies. Support quality presentation and hospitality while adhering to safety, sanitation, and timekeeping policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
