Job Summary
Prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering functions. Operate slicers, mixers, and grinders while maintaining strict compliance with Opaa! recipes and HACCP food safety logs. Keep work areas clean, manage inventory using FIFO procedures, and prepare baked goods as required by the menu plan. Handle customer monies, run cash registers, and complete daily production records and meal reconciliation tasks. Submit hours worked via ADP and notify DNS 24 hours in advance of shift changes. This role supports Opaa! Food Management, Inc.'s operations across 10 states, ensuring high-quality food presentation and student safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one-month related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including concentrated attention, depth perception, the ability to bring objects into sharp focus, and color vision
