Job Summary
Kitchen Staff II responsible for maintaining cleanliness of dishware, cookware, utensils, equipment, and dining/kitchen areas; ensure safety and sanitation per SOPs, HACCP guidelines, and Target Hospitality procedures; responsibilities include cleaning dining and service areas, dishwashing, restocking coolers and displays, food preparation support (salad bar, deli meats, vegetables), and providing world-class customer service; includes standing for long periods, operating kitchen machinery, and traveling for long rotations as required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year dishwashing experience or equivalent
- Ability to read and write in English
- Must provide your own transportation to and from the facility
- Must pass a background check and urine analysis
- Ability and willingness to travel/work long rotations away from home
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
