Job Summary
Kitchen Staff responsible for CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and delivering the Dreamland experience. Maintain personal hygiene, sanitize cookware and utensils, ensure food safety standards and compliance with federal/state/local laws, assist in food preparation, and work as part of the DREAM Team to fulfill guest orders with timely accuracy. Must understand Dreamland menu, perform safe food handling, and contribute to back-of-house cleanliness and inventory as directed by Kitchen Manager.
