Job Summary
Kitchen Staff responsible for maintaining Dreamland BBQ food quality, ensuring safety and sanitation, and delivering the Dreamland experience. Duties include practicing safe food handling, sanitizing cookware and utensils, maintaining hygiene, ensuring timely order fulfillment, complying with federal, state, and local laws, and collaborating with the team to rotate and store items per Health Department regulations. Experience in food and beverage is preferred; must work as part of a team and be familiar with Dreamland menu and standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent preferred
- Food and beverage experience preferred
