Kitchen Staff - Cook (Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar-Norfolk)

Kitchen staff/cook responsible for preparing and directing the preparation of food in a high-volume, full-service restaurant and sports bar. Follow established sanitation and health standards, personal hygiene, and food handling techniques. Use standard recipes and accommodate diet orders; portion foods for serving; plan production to align with meal service hours while preserving quality, temperature, and appearance. Maintain a neat work area, clean and sanitize equipment and dishes, and assist with other duties as assigned.
