Job Summary
Provide leadership to kitchen staff to meet operational and company goals while enforcing sanitation, food safety, and cost control protocols. Assist in all kitchen positions as needed and maintain food quality by ensuring recipe book compliance. Interview, schedule, train, supervise, and coach team members to create a two-win management environment grounded in honesty and respect. Manage operations effectively in the absence of the kitchen manager. Work 35-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with a valid food handler's card required by hire date.
