Job Summary
Lead shifts, open and close the restaurant, and manage key holder duties while participating in day-to-day high-volume operations. Offer immediate, respectful responses to guest needs and assist in training new hires. Set the tone for the shift by acting as a role model, count drawers to finalize the day, and manage team member behavioral and performance issues. Maintain excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong people skills within a fast-paced environment.
