Job Summary
Kitchen Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A: lead kitchen operations, ensure food safety and sanitation, supervise food preparation (marinating, breading, grilling, frying), operate fryers/grills/ovens with precision, quality- and safety-focused, manage inventory and communication with front-of-house, coach and develop team members, ensure accurate order preparation and adherence to recipes, uphold fast-paced service during peak periods, maintain cleanliness and organization, and support leadership in daily operations.
