Job Summary
Lead and supervise kitchen staff (cooks, prep chefs, dishwashers) to ensure smooth operation, adherence to food safety and quality standards, and accurate food service in a fast-paced Topgolf kitchen. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, portion control, inventory ordering, staff training on proper food handling and safety procedures, and coordinating with front-of-house for timely service. Requires prior kitchen-management experience, strong leadership, knowledge of sanitation practices, and effective communication. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in kitchen management or supervisory role
