Job Summary
Prepare and cook nutritious meals for clients under the supervision of the Service Manager while assisting with vocational training for those pursuing food service careers. Collaborate with Community Justice program staff within Adult Services to rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients from incarceration back into the community. This role supports the Sierra Work Release program's mission to address homelessness, mental illness, and community justice rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- 1 year related experience
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Regular and predictable attendance
