Job Summary
Join Kitchen Tune-Up as a high-performing In-Home Sales & Design Consultant focused on consultative selling and high-end residential remodeling. Responsibilities include conducting in-home design consultations with pre-qualified leads, evaluating layouts, providing tailored solutions, managing client relationships, and building a referral network. Ideal candidates are money-motivated, organized, and design-savvy with a proven track record in in-home sales, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful in-home sales experience (Remodeling, Kitchen/Bath, or Luxury Home Goods preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
- Strong organization skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with 2020 Design, CAD, or similar rendering software
- Strong CRM management skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be comfortable navigating the unique architecture and high expectations of NYC homeowners
